Newslogue Terms of Use

1. The Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Newslogue. If you do not agree with Newslogue’s Terms of Use, you cannot use Newslogue
2. The Terms of Use may change in the future, upon which point we will notify users of any updates.
3. Newslogue does not claim ownership of any work published by its writers

Your Content & Conduct

1. As a Newslogue account holder you may submit Content to the Service, consisting of pieces of writing and comments. You acknowledge that Newslogue does not guarantee any confidentiality with respect to any Content you submit.
2. You are exclusively accountable for your own Content and the consequences of submitting and publishing on Newslogue.
3. You affirm by publishing on Newslogue that you own or have the necessary licenses , rights, consents, and permissions to publish it.
4. You grant Newslogue all rights to distribute, channel, promote and publish anywhere Newslogue finds suitable.
5. By publishing with Newslogue you grant users and readers alike to access and comment on your content, as well as share and re-distribute as they please.
6. Any mention of copyrighted material within content published on or by Newslogue is not a reflection on Newslogue or an endorsement of the company in any way.
7. You understand that anything you choose to publish on Newslogue shall not be a reflection on Newslogue, but on yourself as a writer.
8. You own the rights to the content you create on Newslogue

You agree that Content you submit to the Service will not contain third party copyrighted material that is subject to other third party proprietary rights, unless you have permission from the rightful owner of the material, or you are otherwise legally entitled to post material and to grant Newslogue all licensing rights.
10. Newslogue doesn’t permit any material that infringes on copyright and will remove all content if notified of any reasonable infringements on another’s intellectual property and copyright. Newslogue reserves the right to remove content without prior notice.
11. Upon using Newslogue’s services you are agreeing that we can enable third party advertising on your content and also use it to promote Newslogue itself.
12. Newslogue may sell your content to third parties without your approval, although you will be notified when and where it has been used.
13. You’re responsible for your content and the risks related to it, including accuracy and claims to intellectual property or other legal rights.
14. You may post content on Newslogue that has been published and posted elsewhere, as long as you have the rights to do so.
15. Using Newslogue to post content that is not your work may be allowed as long as you have the legal right and/or license to do so.

Account Termination Policy

1. Newslogue will terminate or disable a user’s access to the service if, under reasonable circumstances, the user has been determined as a repeat infringer on Newslogue’s Content & Conduct policy.
2. Newslogue reserves the right to terminate any content or comments that violate any reasonable social contracts such as:
   · Offensive and libelous content and comment
   · Pornographic content and comment
   · Breaches of another’s personal privacy and information
   · Any content that infringes copyright or can be proven to be stealing another’s intellectual property
3. We can remove any content you post for any reason.
4. You can delete any of your comments, posts or your account any time.
5. By using Newslogue you are agreeing to our Terms of Use. If you don’t, we may remove content, or suspend or delete your account.

Limitation of Liability

Newslogue is not liable for any damages that result from you using our services.
